Jack Fruit & Green Curry

During a short visit to Trader Joe's, we had a taste of one of their samplers.  It was Jack Fruit and Green Curry.  We never heard of Jack Fruit, but after reading up on it, found this Indian dish to be plentiful in protein, and all the essential vitamins.  We bought two cans, and quickly prepared a meal alongside Jasmine Rice.  It was a wonderful and tasteful delight.
