The year is more than a quarter gone, and it's been 6 months since our last posting on the blog. Travel demands have increased, and restaurants are opening back up. Soon you'll be on the road (or flight) again, and food delights will beckon you. In the last few months I've taken the time to educate myself in nutrition, and earned a designation as a Certified Nutrition Coach. What does this mean? It means I can assist clients with reaching their nutritional goals, especially as it relates to travel or on occasions apart from their normal routine, such as an office party or new restaurant. It doesn't matter what type of nutritional lifestyle you're seeking- "low-fat", "low-carbs", "vegetarian", "pescatarian", etc. Or maybe you just want to be sure you are taking in all the appropriate nutrients to keep your body functional for those short wknd getaways or the long awaited trip abroad. I'll periodically offer general knowledge and real-world practical tips, whether through written word or short videos. Check out my first video below.
